About TR3AD

TR3AD is an intelligence platform for collections that have outgrown the people assigned to read them. It is built to run across the full range of deployment environments, from cloud to a disconnected laptop.

In OSINT, eDiscovery, digital forensics, DOMEX, and large-scale intelligence collection, material arrives faster than teams can consume it, in more formats and more languages than one analyst can cover. The common answers are to search harder or to summarize with AI. Neither closes the gap. Search only answers questions you already knew to ask, and summarization at volume redistributes the reading problem rather than removing it.

TR3AD takes a different position: put structure between the raw data and the model first. A profile for every thing. Every resource processed independently, in its own bounded session. Every claim tied to the sentence it came from. Then let AI reason over that structure instead of over raw text. Every other decision in the product follows from that one.

02 · Origins

Four Generations, Each Still in Service

TR3AD is a fourth-generation product. Every generation before it is still in production use today, and each one is the reason something in this platform works the way it does.

Sensor fusion, to command and control integration, to geospatial and network discovery, to an AI-powered brain for producing intelligence.

    Multiple live sensor feeds correlated into a single picture, in real time, at a point when that was the hard problem.

    Real-time sensor data integrated with command and control systems, remote sensing, and digital overlays, so the picture drove decisions rather than just describing them.

  3. Geospatial and network discovery

    Comprehensive geospatial and network analysis, complex network discovery, and large-scale data stream integration, as the volume of available data began to outrun the people reading it.

  4. TR3AD: AI-Powered Intelligence Processing at Scale

    Rapid triage, analysis, and the production of finished intelligence products from any source, format, or language.

Two decades of fielded systems teach two different things. The first is what actually strains at scale: volume that outpaces reading, formats that resist uniform processing, and identity that fragments across sources until nobody can tell which dots are the same dot. The second is that the requirement itself keeps moving. Intelligence work did not stand still while those systems ran, and each generation was built for a larger and more connected problem than the last.

So this generation was designed from the ground up for the landscape as it is now: for the emergence of AI as a working part of the analytical process rather than a feature added afterwards, for international data sources and languages as the norm rather than the exception, and for a proliferation of information that has pushed real collections orders of magnitude past what teams can read.

It is also why the platform is opinionated about unglamorous things: forensic originals, hashing on ingest, sentence-level provenance, a logged request pipeline. Every one of them earned its place in a system that is still running somewhere today.

The team behind TR3AD has built intelligence software for government and commercial sectors for over 20 years. Those earlier systems were fielded by US and international governments, by commercial and critical-infrastructure organizations, and by global NGOs, and all three prior generations remain in production use today. TR3AD inherits that experience and those lessons. It does not inherit their deployment history, and this site does not claim that it does.

You will not find a customer logo wall here. In this market most of those names cannot be published, and a vendor that lists them freely is telling you something about how it would handle your material too. We would rather show you the platform running on your own evidence.

05 · Principles

What the Product Optimizes For

Four decisions that shape everything else in the platform.

Structure before AI

AI reasons over a resolved graph, not over raw text. No session ever silently compresses context, so the primary cause of hallucination is engineered out rather than prompted around.

Provenance by default

Provenance is not a reporting feature added at the end. Every extracted element carries a link to the exact statement it came from, so every conclusion can be checked back to its source.

The AI goes to the evidence

Deployment environment is a configuration choice, not a product edition. If the material cannot leave a closed network, the platform runs inside that network, air-gapped if necessary.

No services dependency

The product has to install and run without a professional services organization standing behind it. No embedded engineers, no multi-quarter onboarding, no seven-figure entry point.

TR3AD Intelligence is a product created and managed by Play XOR Go, LLC.

The platform is developed, maintained, and supported directly. Extensions are built for customer data sources on request, and the same product, with the same extension set, ships into every deployment environment, from a cloud tenancy to a disconnected laptop.
